Mr T. Tjin-A-Tsoi (Tjark) was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the NFI on 18 June 2007. Before that he was Director of the Antitrust Department of the Netherlands Competition Authority (NMa).
Previously Mr Tjin-A-Tsoi held positions at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance B.V., Rabobank International and Shell Research & Technology Center Amsterdam (SRTCA). He also conducted postdoctoral scientific research at the University of Munich.
Mr Tjin-A-Tsoi graduated cum laude from the University of Amsterdam in 1989, earning a doctoraal [equivalent to Master’s Degree] in Physics. He obtained his doctorate in Theoretical Physics in 1993, also from the University of Amsterdam.
Mr A.C. Möhring (Kees) has been a member of the Board of the NFI since 2005. Previously he was deputy director of Investigation Policy of the Directorate-General for Law Enforcement and head of the Quality, Organisation and Management cluster of the Ministry of Justice. Within this Ministry he was also policy advisor for the Criminal Law Enforcement Department and head of the Bureau of Operational Affairs of the Directorate-General for Law Enforcement.
Mr Möhring has also held several positions with the Rotterdam-Rijnmond Regional Police Force.
Mr Möhring studied Dutch law at Leiden University, graduating in 1984.
