Intake interview

Are you considering a short course? Or rather a course spread over several days? Even if the course or training is intended to form part of a more comprehensive course, the NFI Academy will provide substantive alignment with the other lessons.

During the intake interview, the NFI Academy makes use of the ‘8-fields’ model of Dutch educationalist Joseph Kessels, professor of Human Resource Development at the University of Twente. Your educational wishes are charted on the basis of two important questions:

  • What do you wish to achieve?
We distinguish four pillars: organisation, working situation, skills and learning situation. We chart these together with you in order to determine the intended objective of the training.

  • What will satisfy you?
Based on these determined ‘fields’, we establish four evaluation criteria. The more sharply we are able to formulate the evaluation criteria together with you, the more we will be able to elaborate the courses in a targeted manner.

The result is a coherent and targeted programme. The NFI Academy provides the courses, it will monitor the progress of training, and is available for interim questions and comments.

Please contact us to communicate your educational wishes.
