EAFS2012 conference
On Friday 24 August 2012 Her Majesty Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands attended the closing ceremony of 6th European Academy of Forensic Science Conference (EAFS).
The 2012 edition of this triennial scientific conference was organised by the Netherlands Forensic Institute (NFI). In his opening address, the NFI’s CEO Dr Tjark Tjin-A-Tsoi mentioned the conference’s stepping stones: the growth of technological innovations, international cooperation and the development of the so-called Golden Triangle: cooperation between government, industry and universities.
